Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team in Wrexham. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in catering with no prior experience required. You will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring our students receive delicious and nutritious meals in a clean and friendly environment. This role is offered on a term-time only basis, perfect for those seeking work aligned with school holidays. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food items under supervision.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Help with setting up and clearing down dining areas.
- Ensure food safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
- Support the catering team with daily tasks as required.
