Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Concert Merchandise Seller and become an essential part of the live music experience in Savannah! You will be responsible for selling artist merchandise at various concert venues during evening and weekend events. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love music, enjoy interacting with fans, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided on cash handling, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in event retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down merchandise displays quickly and efficiently before and after events.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change to customers.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, ensuring items are stocked and accounted for.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting fans with purchases.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with event staff and tour personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
  • Reliability and punctuality, especially for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various event environments.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for live entertainment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of current music trends and artists.
