Job Description
Are you passionate about live music and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Concert Merchandise Sellers in Nashua, NH. This role is perfect for someone looking for evening and weekend work, with opportunities to be at the heart of exciting live events. You’ll be responsible for selling artist merchandise, handling cash and card transactions, and providing excellent customer service to concert-goers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down merchandise displays efficiently before and after events.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient customer service to all patrons.
- Answer customer questions regarding merchandise, sizing, and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.
Required Skills
- Strong cash handling and basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandise sales, or event-based sales.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
