Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Consumer Insights & Strategy Intern to join our vibrant team in Nottingham. This is an incredible opportunity for an aspiring strategist or market researcher to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. You will support our strategy team in uncovering deep consumer insights, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies for our clients. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the strategic backbone of an advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in primary and secondary market research activities, including data collection and analysis.
  • Supporting the development of consumer profiles, segmentation, and journey mapping.
  • Contributing to competitive analysis and industry trend reports.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions for new campaign strategies and creative concepts.
  • Preparing presentations and reports summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Learning and utilizing various research tools and platforms under supervision.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, accounts, and media.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated interest in consumer behavior, marketing, or advertising.
