Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Garland, TX is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members! No prior experience is needed – we believe in training and developing our team from the ground up. If you have a passion for fresh food, excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! As a Crew Member, you’ll learn all aspects of our restaurant operations, from preparing our delicious ingredients to serving our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Chipotle's recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, and processing payments with a friendly attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including dining areas and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures diligently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and receiving deliveries
- Learn and master all stations within the restaurant (grill, prep, line, cash)
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Required Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
