Job Description
Join Kohl’s as a Work From Home Retail Helpline Agent and become a vital part of our customer service team. This is a fully remote position where you will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries related to their shopping experience, orders, products, and services. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a desire to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from Kohl's customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, promotions, order status, and company policies.
- Assist customers with online ordering, account management, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings and changes.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security.

Preferred Qualifications
