Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas.
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand as needed.
- Properly store all clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
- Remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas.
- Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by kitchen management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues immediately.
