Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from designated locations within the distribution centre.
- Utilize RF scanners or other handheld devices to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks or push carts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including receiving, sorting, and loading.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Basic communication and comprehension skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems.
