Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring products are efficiently received, stored, and shipped to our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments using various material handling equipment (training provided).
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution to retail stores.
- Verify incoming and outgoing product quantities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate in compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (not required, but an asset).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or RF scanners (training provided).
