Job Description
Join Tasmanian Sparkle Services, Launceston’s leading cleaning experts, as part of our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew. This casual role offers flexible day shifts and is perfect for individuals who are meticulous, reliable, and enjoy delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning tasks to prepare properties for their next occupants, adhering to our rigorous standards and tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed end-of-lease cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties.
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries, including appliances, fixtures, and cabinetry.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors thoroughly.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, skirting boards, door frames, and window sills.
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Remove cobwebs and ensure all areas are free of dust and debris.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and replenish supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to company cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding job progress or any unforeseen issues.
Required Skills
- High level of reliability and punctuality
- Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting, standing for extended periods)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaboratively within a small team

- Willingness to learn and follow specific cleaning procedures and instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or a similar physical role is advantageous
- Valid Australian Driver's License and access to reliable personal transport
