Job Description

Join OzSupport Solutions as a fully remote Helpdesk Assistant, specializing in chat-based support. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Basic understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
  • Familiarity with internet browsers, email clients, and general computer usage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
