Job Description
Are you a meticulous and reliable individual looking for a rewarding role with flexibility and independence? ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dedicated End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our Halifax team. This crucial role involves preparing properties for new tenants by performing comprehensive deep cleaning to the highest standards. We provide a company van equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively and travel efficiently between various client locations across Halifax and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough deep cleaning of residential properties at the end of tenancy agreements.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, including appliances, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Dust, wipe down, and polish all surfaces, skirting boards, door frames, and window sills.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors to a high standard.
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Remove cobwebs and ensure all areas are free from dirt and grime.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of the company van and equipment.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, or commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products for different surfaces.
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines related to cleaning.
