Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify customer needs and effectively cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking questions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
