Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established procedures and controls.
- Identify client needs and provide information on Truist's products and services, making appropriate referrals to other banking specialists.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- No prior banking or teller experience required – full training provided!
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food service).
- Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
