Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for puzzles, people, and performance? The Oxford Enigma is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Escape Room Game Master to join our team for weekend shifts. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to dive into the exciting world of interactive entertainment. As a Game Master, you’ll be the heart of our operations, guiding teams through their adventures, ensuring smooth gameplay, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and brief groups of players, explaining game rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor game progress, providing timely and appropriate clues to enhance player experience.
- Manage game resets, ensuring all props and puzzles are correctly set for the next group.
- Deliver captivating post-game debriefs, celebrating successes and capturing memorable moments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with game equipment as needed.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
