Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and helping customers find the perfect gear for their adventures? Marks & Spencer in Worthing is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Luggage & Travel Accessories department. In this dynamic mall environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, advising customers on our wide range of luggage, bags, and travel essentials, and ensuring our department is always presented to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people and has an eye for quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs for luggage and travel accessories.
- Provide expert product knowledge on various types of luggage, materials, features, and brands.
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the department, ensuring products are well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new products, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
