Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our Eviction Clean-Out Crew. This role involves the efficient and careful removal of abandoned items, debris, and furniture from properties following eviction processes. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a strong team player, and able to perform demanding physical labor, including heavy lifting, on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are cleared out thoroughly and safely, adhering to all company guidelines and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of various items including furniture, appliances, and personal belongings.
- Safely and efficiently remove all debris and abandoned items from properties post-eviction.
- Sort and categorize items for disposal, donation, or storage as per instructions.
- Operate basic hand tools and moving equipment (e.g., dollies, hand trucks).
- Ensure properties are left broom-clean and free of any remaining items.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during clean-out operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all job sites.
- Transport materials to designated disposal or storage facilities.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in general labor, moving, or junk removal.
- Experience operating moving equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, furniture dollies).
- Familiarity with Washington D.C. street navigation.
