Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our production team as an Entry-Level Factory Production Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing with no prior experience required. You will receive comprehensive training to become proficient in various aspects of our production line, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of heavy equipment components. This full-time, on-site role involves working rotating shifts within our dynamic manufacturing facility in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble components, parts, and products according to blueprints and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and raw materials to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and movement of supplies and finished goods.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any potential issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required Skills

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
