Job Description
Join Snap Inc. as a Fintech Product Intern focusing on Payment Solutions. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving fintech space. You will work remotely alongside our product management team, contributing to the development and enhancement of payment features within Snapchat and other Snap products. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the product lifecycle, from research and ideation to implementation and analysis, with a specific emphasis on user experience in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in conducting market research and competitive analysis for payment solutions.
- Support the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and flowcharts.
- Participate in user feedback sessions and help analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities in payment flows.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment features and contribute to reporting.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new payment features and enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in fintech, payment systems, and product management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous project experience or coursework related to product development or financial technology.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
