Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Food Truck Deep Cleaner to join our nightly maintenance team in Rotherham. This crucial role ensures our fleet of food trucks meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ready for operation each day. You will be responsible for thorough deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and interiors of the food trucks after their daily use. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine working environment. Full training on specific cleaning protocols and equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of food truck interiors, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Wash and disinfect all food preparation surfaces, sinks, and storage areas.
- Empty and clean waste bins, managing waste according to health and safety guidelines.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed and report any equipment malfunctions or damages.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to work during night hours (e.g., 9 PM – 5 AM).
