Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office / Reception Manager to oversee all aspects of our front office operations. This pivotal role involves managing reception staff, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and maintaining the highest standards of administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise front office and reception staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure exceptional patient service and a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Oversee patient check-in/check-out processes, appointment scheduling, and record management.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions with empathy.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational workflow.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for front office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA).

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office management or a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and patient management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
