Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gaming Machine Technician – Technical to join our dynamic team in Anaheim, California. As a Gaming Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various gaming machines and related equipment. This critical role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring strict compliance with all gaming regulations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the optimal performance and longevity of our state-of-the-art gaming products.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic and mechanical components of gaming machines.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and diagnostics on gaming equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements set by gaming authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and machine performance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians or operational staff when needed.
- Manage parts inventory for repairs and new installations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
