Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Harvest Labourer and play a vital role in Australia’s agricultural sector. While this specific posting is for recruitment through our Armidale office, successful candidates may be placed in harvest teams across Australia, offering unique travel and work experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general harvest duties including picking, packing, and sorting various crops.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Assist with loading and unloading harvested produce.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and work demands.
