Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and welcoming individuals to join our team as a Host / Hostess. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to start a career in the vibrant hospitality industry. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their dining experience. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in all aspects of the role, from managing reservations to warmly greeting every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the restaurant
- Efficiently manage the reservation book, seating guests appropriately
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage waitlists and provide accurate waiting times
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist in maintaining the overall flow and ambiance of the dining room
- Liaise effectively with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects
