Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Respond to basic HR queries from employees and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist.
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing welcome packs and assisting with initial paperwork.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes when necessary.
  • Process HR-related invoices and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
