Job Description

Telstra is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our 100% remote team as Remote Live Chat Agents. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about helping others, even if you have no prior experience in customer support. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly and efficient support exclusively through text-based chat. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional text-based support to Telstra customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via live chat channels.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
