Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paid Bio Intern to join our Research & Clinical Focus team in Bristol. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers and clinical staff with data collection, entry, and initial analysis.
- Support laboratory operations, including preparing reagents, maintaining equipment, and organizing samples.
- Conduct literature reviews and gather background information for ongoing studies.
- Help prepare documentation and reports for research protocols and clinical trials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
- Learn and apply new scientific techniques and methodologies under supervision.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of biological principles and laboratory practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior academic project experience involving laboratory work.
- Familiarity with scientific literature databases (e.g., PubMed).
