Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Immigration Support team as an Entry Level Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the public sector, providing vital administrative support within a busy department. No prior experience in immigration is required as full training will be provided. You will be instrumental in assisting with the processing of applications, maintaining accurate records, and providing initial support to service users. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Immigration Support team.
  • Assist with the accurate input and maintenance of confidential client data and case files.
  • Process incoming correspondence, applications, and documents efficiently.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from service users and direct complex issues to senior colleagues.
  • Prepare and compile reports, forms, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Support team members with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
