Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and service updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French bilingualism an asset).
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
