Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart a career in manufacturing with no prior experience? Central Plains Textiles is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Industrial Sewing Assistant. This is an entry-level position where we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to equip you with the skills needed to operate industrial sewing machines and contribute to our production process. Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines under supervision after training to assemble various textile products.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with cutting and preparing materials for the sewing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, such as changing needles and bobbins, as trained.
