Job Description

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, which are vital for delivering our guests the best dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas are clean and tidy.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling effectively.
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team as needed during service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Unload and store deliveries, rotating stock as required.
Required Skills
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene principles (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (can be obtained through company training).
