Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally polished and professional Luxury Car Dealership Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Whitehorse showroom. As the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our brand. This front-of-house position requires impeccable corporate attire, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to guest services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the showroom in person and over the phone.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments and sales consultations.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance of the reception area and client lounge.
  • Assist sales and service departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general information about the dealership, services, and inventory.
  • Process basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Support a positive and cooperative work environment.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and immaculate corporate presentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software or dealership management systems.
  • Ability to speak French is an asset.
