Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about digital marketing and data analytics to kick-start their career. As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. While this role offers Work From Home options, you will be expected to attend regular team meetings and training sessions as required at our Darwin hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of marketing campaign data from various digital channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Support senior analysts in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven marketing strategies and optimization efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert the team to significant changes or anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, account managers, and creative specialists, to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, analytical tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical and marketing skills.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for numbers.
