Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Mining Camp Utility role, offering excellent Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) potential from Berri, South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the mining support sector with no prior experience required. Full training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in a variety of camp utility tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation and comfort of our remote mining camp facilities, contributing to a positive living and working environment for all residents. This role involves a diverse set of duties and requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties across various camp facilities, including accommodation units, common areas, and offices.
- Assist in kitchen operations, including dishwashing, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Undertake laundry duties, ensuring clean linens and uniforms are available as required.
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including litter removal and basic upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Provide general labour support as needed for camp maintenance and logistics.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the camp team to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
- Participate in all mandatory training and safety briefings.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to perform duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Australian C-Class Driver's License.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of OH&S principles.
