Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Morning Barista for a casual roster in our busy Campbelltown location. This is a fantastic opportunity for early risers who are passionate about coffee and customer service. No prior barista experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you master the art of coffee making. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to Gloria Jean's standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment and work surfaces
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Required Skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop barista skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
