Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our vibrant team at Aurora Boutique. This immediate opening is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating a memorable experience for every visitor. You will be the face of our boutique, managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and confirm client appointments for styling sessions and private viewings
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist with inventory checks and merchandising as needed
- Process sales transactions and handle customer returns/exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
