Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Coventry. This is an incredible opportunity for a budding designer with foundational skills in motion graphics to gain invaluable experience working on high-profile projects for globally recognized brands. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams, learning best practices, honing your skills, and contributing to the creation of compelling visual content that engages audiences across various platforms. We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about bringing ideas to life through animation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support senior designers in developing storyboards and concepts for motion graphics projects.
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all animated content.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software to produce high-quality animations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development.
- Participate in feedback sessions and revise designs based on constructive criticism.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and digital design.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A foundational understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing motion graphics projects (student or personal work is welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
