Job Description
Are you looking for an immediate start in a dynamic and active role? Two Men and a Truck in Montreal is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Movers / General Labourers. No prior experience is required – we provide all necessary training! Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and other items onto and off moving trucks.
- Carefully pack, wrap, and protect customer belongings to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every move.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Complete pre-move and post-move inspections of equipment and trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and careful handling of items.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a general labour, warehousing, or customer service role is an asset.
- Familiarity with the Montreal area.
