Job Description
Are you a motivated and physically fit individual looking for a dynamic role with weekly pay and no experience required? TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring Movers / General Labourers to join our dedicated team in Dallas. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure you’re equipped with all the necessary skills. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move customer belongings, including furniture and boxes, between locations.
- Load and unload moving trucks with care, ensuring items are properly secured.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Perform daily truck inspections and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with other general labour tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75+ lbs) consistently throughout the day.
- Excellent stamina and physical fitness.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas branch.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a physically demanding role (e.g., construction, warehouse, landscaping).
- Valid driver's license (not required, but a plus for future advancement).
