Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Assistant to join our Bairnsdale team on a part-time roster. This role is crucial to ensuring our store is well-stocked, clean, and ready for our daytime customers. Working overnight, you will primarily be responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, replenishing shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with general stock management. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in retail or gain experience in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and store incoming stock deliveries.
- Replenish shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Prepare the store for the opening of the day shift.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
