Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Obstetrics / Gynecology Doctor to join our thriving practice in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician dedicated to women’s health, encompassing comprehensive gynecological care, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum services.
- Deliver a full spectrum of gynecological services, including routine exams, contraception, menopausal management, and diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures related to obstetrics and gynecology as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency care as required.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Adhere to all medical ethics, professional conduct, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Ability to obtain a valid Massachusetts medical license prior to start date.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (e.g., J-1 waiver, H-1B, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty such as Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, or Gynecologic Oncology.
- Experience working in a large academic or community hospital setting.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic.
