Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and organise physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining databases and records with precision.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Support colleagues with various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Learn and adapt to new office technologies and procedures as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications (e.g., email, word processing).
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
