Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Survey Panel Manager. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for a dynamic role that can fit around their schedule. As a Panel Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our online survey panels. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging, and supporting our diverse community of survey participants, helping us gather valuable insights for our clients. No prior experience as a Panel Manager is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new survey panelists through various online channels.
- Engage with existing panelists to maintain high levels of participation and satisfaction.
- Respond to panelist inquiries and provide technical support or troubleshooting assistance.
- Monitor panel activity, participation rates, and data quality to ensure robust survey results.
- Help implement strategies to grow and diversify our panel demographics.
- Ensure all panel activities comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the wider research team to understand project needs and panel requirements.
