Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Orchard Labourers to join our team in Canning Vale for the upcoming harvest season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable agricultural experience, work outdoors, and complete the necessary 88 days of specified work for visa requirements. While previous experience is a bonus, it is not essential, as full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills needed to succeed. Enjoy a high hourly rate for your dedication and effort in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting and picking various fruits and vegetables according to quality standards and supervisors' instructions.
- Packing produce carefully to minimise damage.
- Assisting with general orchard maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, and irrigation.
- Operating basic farm machinery and tools safely after training.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
