Job Description
Are you a night owl with a passion for movies and delivering exceptional customer service? Village Cinemas Shepparton is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Cinema Staff to join our evening roster. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible evening work, offering full training to ensure you succeed. You will be the face of our cinema, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and processing ticket sales accurately.
- Operating concession stands, preparing food items, and handling cash transactions.
- Assisting guests with seating, providing directions, and answering inquiries.
- Maintaining cleanliness of cinema auditoriums, foyers, and restrooms.
- Monitoring cinema screens for presentation quality and guest behavior.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is clean and operational.
- Enforcing cinema policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
