Job Description
As a Specialty Mattress Sleep Consultant at Sleep Number, you will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through a personalized journey to discover their ideal sleep solution. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals with a passion for sales and wellness, eager to engage in high-ticket transactions and earn substantial commission. You will leverage your excellent communication and sales skills to educate customers on the unique benefits of our innovative products, ensuring an exceptional retail experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized sleep consultations, actively listening to customer needs and preferences.
- Expertly demonstrate Sleep Number products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, including mattresses, bases, and accessories.
- Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Accurately process sales, handle payments, and manage customer orders.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-organized showroom.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail setting.
