Job Description

As a Specialty Mattress Sleep Consultant at Sleep Number, you will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through a personalized journey to discover their ideal sleep solution. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals with a passion for sales and wellness, eager to engage in high-ticket transactions and earn substantial commission. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized sleep consultations, actively listening to customer needs and preferences.
  • Expertly demonstrate Sleep Number products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, including mattresses, bases, and accessories.
  • Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Accurately process sales, handle payments, and manage customer orders.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-organized showroom.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
