Job Description
Are you an energetic and customer-focused individual looking for flexible work? Dillard’s is seeking enthusiastic Pop-up Shop Brand Representatives to join our team on a temporary contract basis in Little Rock. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting our brand and specific products, and assisting with various pop-up shop activities. You’ll be the face of Dillard’s at exciting, temporary retail locations, creating memorable experiences for shoppers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an immediate start, weekly pay, and hands-on experience in retail and marketing. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage enthusiastically with customers at our pop-up shop locations.
- Clearly communicate brand messaging, product features, and current promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and encourage customer interaction.
- Assist with the setup, merchandising, and breakdown of pop-up shop displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized pop-up shop environment.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team.
- Ensure a positive and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
