Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Perform basic maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and painting touch-ups.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenity spaces.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident maintenance requests under supervision.
  • Learn to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Support with preparing vacant units for new residents, including minor repairs and cleaning.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
