We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our bustling boutique in Shepparton. This immediate opening requires an individual who can be the warm and professional face of Bellezza Boutique, managing our front desk operations, ensuring seamless client interactions, and supporting our sales team. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and fostering lasting relationships with our valued customers, contributing significantly to the luxurious experience we promise.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Efficiently manage the boutique's appointment schedule and booking system.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, product information, and service requests.
- Process client transactions, including sales and returns, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the sales team by preparing client areas and assisting with product presentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
