Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote B2B Lead Generator to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the tech sector. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales pipeline, leveraging research and strategic engagement methods, with no cold calling involved. This role requires an individual passionate about technology, possessing excellent research and communication skills, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential B2B leads within the technology sector.
  • Utilize various online tools, databases, and professional networks to gather contact information and company insights.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's target customer profile.
  • Engage with prospective clients through personalized email campaigns and professional social media outreach (no cold calling).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales development and account executive teams to hand off qualified leads effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments within the tech sector.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in lead generation, market research, or a similar sales support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry and B2B sales cycles.
